Based on polysiloxane , this sealant offers a stable paste consistency and cures with moisture , forming a permanently elastic seal after curing (without fire load). It boasts excellent UV stability and very good adhesion to a wide range of materials.

• Certified Fire Resistance: Provides a high level of fire retardation , with fire resistance capabilities up to ≤240 minutes (EN 13501-2).
• Smoke and Gas Tight: Effectively prevents the passage of smoke and gas, enhancing safety in fire compartments.
• Temperature Stability: Withstands temperatures ranging from −40∘C to 180∘C (fully cured product).
• High Elasticity: Offers an elastic recovery of >90% (ISO 7389) and can accommodate a maximum allowed distortion of ±25%, adapting to joint movement.
• Fast Skin Formation: Forms a skin in approximately 9 minutes (at 23°C/50% R.H.) , and cures at a speed of about 2 mm/24h.
• Easy Application: Very easy to apply with a manual, pneumatic, or accu caulking gun.
• MEKO-Free: Formulated without MEKO (Methyl ethyl ketoxime).
• Versatile Adhesion: Achieves very good adhesion on various porous and non-porous substrates commonly used in construction, including wood, concrete, and stone.

Important Considerations:

• Not Paintable: This product is not paintable.
• Material Compatibility: Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g., Teflon®), natural stone, and bituminous substrates. Avoid contact with bitumen, tar, or other plasticizer-releasing materials like EPDM, neoprene, butyl, etc. to prevent discoloration and loss of adhesion.
• Water Immersion: Not for use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible, nor for bonding aquariums.

Packaging & Storage:

• Colors: Available in grey, white, and black.
• Packaging: Supplied in a 300 ml cartridge.
• Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened packaging, stored in a cool, dry place between +5∘C and +25∘C.
