• Superior High-Temperature Performance: Designed for a broad operating temperature range of -40 to +150 °C, making it suitable for applications with high thermal stress. It has a high dropping point of 240 °C (min), indicating excellent thermal stability.
• Exceptional Bearing Life: Offers a remarkable rolling bearing grease life (R0F test L50 life) of 1000 hours at 150 °C and is effective at speeds up to 300 n x dm (x 1000), ensuring prolonged operational periods.
• Outstanding Corrosion Protection: Provides excellent corrosion protection, even in challenging environments, as demonstrated by its Emcor tests (0–0 with ISO 11007 modified, 0.5% NaCl, distilled water) and resistance to water washout (0–0 Emcor test).
• Robust Mechanical Stability: Exhibits strong mechanical stability with a Roll stability (ASTM D1831) of 365 max. (50 hours at 80 °C, 10⁻¹mm) and a V2F test (144 hours) result of 3 max., ensuring consistent performance under dynamic loads.
• Excellent Water Resistance: Boasts a water resistance of 1 (max.) DIN 51807/1, 3 hours at 90 °C, indicating minimal impact from water ingress.
• Optimal Consistency: Falls within the NLGI consistency class of 2–3, with a penetration of 245–275 (worked, 60 strokes) and 365 max. (prolonged, 100 000 strokes).
